Kiersten is coming into town tomorrow. I'm so excited! We'll be out having lots of fun all weekend, so I won't be on the computer much.
Y'all have a great weekend!
Pax.
PS- Carrie and Shelley and Ginny...are you happy with how short my posts have been?

I *like* the look of 19th century parlors. ...But not as much as the *ROSE* color I did have up.
I only took it down for the weekend. I just wanted a change for a little bit. Maybe next week I'll do another....
Well, I have to go get Kk from the airport now.
WH!
::laughs:: I think I agree. I liked the pink Tracy. Or green is always nice. ;-)

But it is "a website where senior-aged, bridge-playing matrons share their favorite recipes and anecdotes".
And don't EVER called me Ange!.
Ginny is a cheater, Ginny is a cheater!!!!
Yes Christa. Since YOU're such a nice person, you may call me Ange!. Learn to spell it though, eh?
Irish Princess,
God is punishing you via the "profile bar thingy" for being so nasty to nice little me!
Ginny,
If you have anything written in italics, then it can cause the sidebar to fall down. Try taking the italics out of any of your posts, and see if that works. If it doesn't, I'll give you something else to try.
As for the rest of you...
Y'all are just weird.
The background is very stately. A definite improvement over the previously ruling "rose" color.
It is reminiscent of an 18th century European Coffe Lounge and poet's forum, where writers from all over the city would come to discuss their works and enlighten each others' minds with lively conversation and poetical recital. These forums gave rise to some of the greatest compositions in literature since ancient times.
I imagine this site to be kind of like that, at least in spirit. More and more however, I am seeing an abundance non-sensical posts by self-proclaimed (or self-revealing) simpletons, who do nothing but obscure the wisdom of the ages with their careless banter.
Stop it, simpletons.

Horatio, you sound wise and very learned, but I do not think you know as much about the meeting of writers and poets as you pretend to.
Christa, yes. I am very priviliged....is that the correct spelling? I am too tired to look it up. But you shouldn't be too surprised, for God is always speaking to me.
I guess "priviliged" will do for America.
For the civilised world, it's "privileged".
